Sellou Roll (V)
A buttery laminated roll filled with nutty sellou (toasted sesame,almond and cinnamon) finished with orange blossom mascarpone icing. Crunchy, creamy, floral and comforting.
Sweet Goaty (V)
Whipped olive oil goat cheese layered into crisp croissant pastry withslow-cooked tfaya onions, cinnamon and fresh herbs. Salty, sweet, buttery and fragrant all at once.
Pastilla rolls
Our Moroccan take on the sausage roll.
Pastilla is one of Morocco’s most iconic dishes: crisp pastry wrapped around richly spiced savoury fillings with subtle sweet notes. We reinterpret it with buttery puff pastry.
Chermoula Seafood Pastilla
Golden flaky pastry filled with chermoula-spicedseafood and vermicelli noodles. Bright, herby, umami-rich and gently tangy.

Batbot Sandwiches
Batbot are soft Moroccan griddled breads with a light chew, designed to hold bold, saucy fillings. They sit somewhere between a pita, flatbread and sandwich bun.
Chicken Tfaya Batbot
Slow-cooked spiced chicken, sweet tfaya onions,crunchy almond crumbs and fresh herbs inside warm pillowy batbot.
Zaalouk Batbot (V, Vegan)
Smoky spiced aubergine zaalouk, crispy chickpeas and fresh herbs. Rich,vibrant and naturally vegan.
Msemen
Msemen are hand-layered Moroccanpancakes griddled until crisp outside and soft within. Buttery, flaky and versatile, they move effortlessly between sweet and savoury.
Seasonal Fruit Msemen
Filled with orange blossom frangipane and topped with seasonal fruits and nutty sellou crumble.
Rose Harissa Honey Msemen
Finished with rose harissa honey for a sweet heat that lingers gently on the palate.
